In Prana Chikitsa we emphasize on Forgiveness as most of the ailments are emotional in origin.
To do Forgiveness Sadhana you just need to remember 3 people at a time who have hurt you and say the following prayer by putting your hands together at your heart.
Atma Namaste, I salute the divinity within you.
We are all Children of God, Children of the most High.
We all make mistakes
I forgive you for hurting me causing pain to me.
Peace be with you
Then raise hands at the chest level in blessings position and recite the following Mantra:
OM SHAANTI SHAANTI SHAANTI OM – 3 TIMES
Next step is to ask for forgiveness. Again remember 3 people at a time whom you have hurt and say the following prayer by putting your hands together at your heart.

Then again raise the hands at the chest level in blessings position and recite the following Mantra:
